The space

Upon entering you are enveloped in an atmosphere of serenity and silence, in a noble home that makes you feel immediately at sea.

The rooms are styled in shades of white and blue and are airy and elegantly furnished in keeping with the elegant surroundings of the Borgo Coscia area.

All the furnishings and accessories were professionally chosen for a perfect living room, including the beautifully crafted bedding.

- Living area: the cozy and spacious, luxurious living area has a comfortable sofa bed and several armchairs, and is the ideal setting in which to relax watching a good movie on the smart TV (equipped with Netflix, Disney + and Amazon Prime Video) or plan your walks to Molo and Muretto or to the famous Budello of Alassio. There is also free WiFi for working in peace.

- Kitchen and dining room: a spacious table can comfortably accommodate your meals. The typical Ligurian kitchen is well organized and equipped with everything you need such as: dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, oven, kettle, Nescafe coffee maker with pods, and various useful tools for every need.

- Suite 1: Very airy, it has a king-size double bed, two chests of drawers with matching bedside lamps, closet with doors, all in light blue and light blue sea tones with more sophisticated details in teal tones.

- Suite 2: Very cozy, it is equipped with two comfortable single beds, two chests of drawers with matching bedside lamps, and a large valuable closet.

Comfortable mattresses and fine linens in all rooms will enable a peaceful rest.

Bathroom 1: consisting of a comfortable bathtub for two people and full toilet facilities for every need.

Bathroom 2: It is also equipped with full toilet facilities and shower cabin with siphon.

Each bathroom comes with a free toiletries set with 100% Made in Italy quality bubble bath.

Access for guests

The apartment is located on the third floor with wide and convenient stairs for all suitcase needs of all sizes. It is well connected not only to the train station but also to the various highways.

Check-in is done with access to the condominium door via a device that can be remotely activated, connected to the intercom and to access the house keys with a safe at the door, allowing you to independently log in with total privacy and comfort.

The maximum capacity is 4 persons expandable only to 5 upon request, with the addition of a single bed, and we will not accept guests who have not been duly notified at the time of booking.

Parties and smoking are not allowed in the apartment

You will be required to pay the local tourist tax of 1 euro per person per night of stay.
