The space

The apartment is located on the basement floor of a building that is part of a nice condominium in the central area of Sesto San Giovanni (first suburb of Milan) in a strategic location in the city.

The area is extremely convenient to reach by cab or public transportation as it is just minutes from the red subway (Sesto 1° Maggio FS) and the train station.

LIVING/ SLEEPING AREA

Upon entering, we are greeted by a large room consisting of a very comfortable queen-size bed with modern nightstands. Each nightstand has a bedside lamp with wireless charging for smartphones.

There is a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV with access to Netflix, YouTube and Amazon Prime Video, perfect for entertaining adults and children.

KITCHEN AREA.

with modern lines and attention to detail, we find the corner dedicated to the kitchen, equipped with every comfort such as: electric oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator and freezer.

In addition, there are all the perfect utensils for cooking such as dishes, ladles, pots, forks, knives, spoons, and everything you need for your living room.

BATHROOM AND LAUNDRY ROOM

Very comfortable, minimal but at the same time elegant and well organized, we find a shower with tray size 110x110 cm with frosted glass for intimate and relaxing moments. Continuing, a large mirror above the sink, toilet and bidet.

We also find a washing machine (free use) essential in everyday life, allows washing with a maximum load of 8 kg and drying with a maximum load of 5 kg. Excellent compromise for washing and drying in all conditions.

There is active underfloor central heating in cold months and an air conditioner with heat pump function for hot or mid-season periods.

Hot water will be provided throughout the house by a 70-liter boiler, normally always running with constant selfrefill. There is a drive switch in the bathroom for its power supply that must never be turned off.

Additional accessories: a convenient clothesline with pegs and a cordless vacuum cleaner are also available.

The apartment is generally quiet, functional, comfortable and is equipped with all amenities so as to provide excellent service to our guests.

It is delivered complete with sheets and towels, and you will also find a small supply of toiletries when you arrive.
