The space

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a quiet building that is part of a condominium with concierge service and elevator.

The area is also convenient to be reached by taxi/car, and there are a variety of no-fee parking lots in adjacent areas.

The condominium also has a private road.

Living/open space area

As we enter, we are immediately greeted by a bright living room/kitchen equipped with a comfortable sofa (possibly convertible into a double bed), delightful furniture shelves enriched with some floor plans consistent with the rest of the spaces, a Smart Tv with Netflix and You tube (to entertain from the oldest to the youngest), a dining table with 4 designer chairs.

The area is also illuminated by LED spotlights built into the counter ceiling, so as to make the spaces more comfortable in the evening for both cooking and eating meals.

Kitchen

The apartment benefits from the presence of a modern kitchen complete with: induction cooktop with ventilation hood, microwave oven, electric oven, large sink with dish drainer, dishwasher, coffee maker and pods, tea maker (with teabags), refrigerator with freezer function, and full guest service (utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, etc.).

Double suite

The Master Suite is very bright and is furnished with new furniture that is consistent with each other in style and color.

The walls are adorned with a magnificent painting depicting Ponte Vecchio, Florence.

Features in a comfortable King Size bed that is very spacious, perfect for quality rest after a busy day of work or sightseeing.

To the right is a large walk-in closet with two sliding doors, equipped with a large mirror that provides depth and brightness to the space.

Inside it there are also hangers for one's garments or for one's Florentine shopping.

In addition, there are two elegant bedside tables with drawers, equipped with abat-jour.

The room also has a very convenient Smart Tv with Netflix and You tube so you can relax and fully enjoy your stay.

Due to the presence of a desk within the room (in addition to the kitchen table) it will also be possible to do Smart Working/study, as the apartment has super fast fiber optic Wi-Fi.

Bathroom

The new, spacious and bright bathroom has a very comfortable Jacuzzi whirlpool tub (with built-in shower stall), a designer sink with large countertop, toilet, bidet, hair dryer and dispenser with soap for hands, face and bubble bath.

There is also a brand new washer and dryer in the cabinet in front of the bathroom for our guests' use (free use).

Access for guests

Guests have 24/7 access to the entire property independently via a self-check-in system.

Pets are allowed in the facility.

There is air conditioning for summer and heating for winter so you can enjoy a pleasant experience.

We also provide you with a free supply of sheets, towels, coffee and tea pods, hand/facial soap and bubble bath.

Inside the apartment there is a small step to move from the living/open space area to the bathroom and from the bathroom to the Master Suite.
