Cozy apartment, very bright and recently renovated with quality materials , located in an absolutely strategic position with respect to the center of Rome. At 1 minute walk is located the train station that will allow you 'to reach comfortably, at a cost of only € 1.50 ticket , the center of Rome in 15 minutes. You will find at 1 minute walk transfers to and from Ciampino airport.

The space

Upon entering you are immediately enveloped in an atmosphere of serenity, and silence, in a designer home where colors have been expertly chosen and matched to convey a feeling of freshness and well-being.

All the furnishings and accessories are new, and the linens of excellent workmanship.

- Living Area: the cozy and spacious living area, very bright, is equipped with a comfortable and large sofa bed, a designer armchair, and is the ideal setting where you can relax reading a good book or watching a good movie on the smart TV equipped with Netflix and Disney +, or planning your excursions by consulting the tourist guides of Rome provided by the property. There is also fiber optic WiFi connection, the ultimate for your work or leisure.

A spacious table will comfortably accommodate your meals, and the well-made, modern-style kitchen is well organized and equipped with new appliances such as dishwasher, washing machine, gas stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker with pods, kettle and various utensils.

- Suite 1: Very spacious, features a double bed , a comfortable desk great for smart working, large closets and a furnished balcony.

- Suite 2: Very cozy, it has two single beds that can be joined if needed and serve as a double, and a large closet.

The comfortable mattresses in both rooms will allow a peaceful rest.

Each room has a private bathroom, both bathrooms have fine finishes and are equipped with everything you need, such as hair dryer, toiletries , towels.

Bathroom 1: consisting of a comfortable shower and full sanitary ware, it is directly connected to the first room.

Bathroom 2: also has full sanitary facilities and is very spacious. Ideal for guests sleeping in Suite 2 and the comfortable sofa bed.

The fixtures are all new and equipped with electric shutters. The fixtures are new and state-of-the-art, and the lighting in all rooms of the apartment consists of adjustable spotlights.

There are complimentary Nøtte courtesy sets, 100% Made in Italy, with Shampoo, Body Soap and Conditioner.

Other things to keep in mind

The apartment is located on the second floor without elevator and is excellently connected not only to transportation but also to the various arterial roads, such as the Grande Raccordo Anulare, the various Highways, and if you want to reach the sea, in only half an hour you can do so and enjoy our coastline.

And for those traveling by car , a few meters away there is a garage or several parking lots in the area for a fee. Near the apartment there is also a shuttle service with a private driver, which can be booked upon request.

Check in and check out are done either with physical presence of our representative or with smart lock with access code, all information will be provided to you immediately after booking, I will always be available for any needs.

And if you are looking for entertainment various venues such as Bowling, Discos, sports centers or beauty centers will certainly do the trick. Pets are allowed only upon request.

Maximum capacity is 6 people, and no guests will be accepted who have not been properly notified at the time of booking. Parties and smoking in the apartment are prohibited.

You will be required to pay on site the tourist tax of EURO 1.50 per person per night of stay.
