AMAZING VILLA WITH POOL, PRIVATE SECURITY AND VIEW

This charming villa, with very chic furnishings, enjoys a fabulous view of the pool and the sea.
Spread over two levels, on the upper level we find the sleeping area with a large and beautiful master bedroom with a king-size bed, fine wood furniture and a beautiful private terrace, furnished with sun loungers and a sitting area, from which there is a breathtaking view of the pool and the sea; a second master bedroom with a romantic four-poster king-size bed; and a third bedroom with a king-size bed plus a second four-poster single bed.
All three bedrooms have a large en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink, toilet, bidet and hair dryer.

On the ground floor we find a large and bright living area that features several sitting rooms, a large dining table, and a modern kitchen fully equipped with everything you need.
Through the large windows that fill the entire living area with light, we access the outdoor area in which we find a beautiful dining area with barbecue, for fantastic barbecues, and a fabulous swimming pool with heated Jacuzzi, sun loungers and outdoor lounges to fully enjoy the beautiful sunny days and the enchanting views of the coast and the island of Formentera.

The villa also has two Guest Houses, with independent access, both with double bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms.

The villa is fully air conditioned and has free Wi-Fi, alarm system, safes, electric gates, private parking, satellite TV, projector, sound system, gym.

It comes with quality linens and towels and has a washer and dryer. Cleaning service of about 3 hours daily, Monday through Saturday, and a mid-week change of towels is included.

Through a path you can walk to the enchanting Cala Olivera, a very charming small cove with rocks and crystal clear water.

The villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 10 people and is the ideal solution for families or groups of friends who want to spend a dream vacation in luxury and privacy, but also in the fun and nightlife of nearby Ibiza Town.
