The space

The apartment has every comfort:

The whole apartment is air-conditioned (Hot/Cold), both in the living room and in the bedrooms.

It is equipped with free Wi-Fi, which is ideal for leisure and for those with smart-working needs.

In the living area near the entrance, you can make use of the washing machine and the clothesline present in the balcony if needed.

There is the possibility of using the dishwasher.

There is a Smart TV in every room with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, Disney+, perfect for entertaining young and old alike.

The entrance is presented with a private gate that allows passage to the large balcony, subsequently it has an extremely secure armored front door.

The entrance leads directly to the living area in which we find a comfortable sofa that, if necessary, can become a sofa bed to accommodate an extra guest, for a total of 5.
