Big Loft in Navigli area

The very functional and quiet apartment has been recently re-furnished almost in its entirety and is located on the ground floor with a separate entrance.

The apartment is on two levels:

Entering we find a bright living area with a sofa convertible into a very comfortable double bed, Smart-TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and YouTube, to entertain even the smallest children; adjacent the beautiful fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, various utensils and dining table with four stools for breakfasts and lunches overlooking the patio ;)

Also on the ground floor we access the master bedroom with a very comfortable double bed as the protagonist, a large window of over 3mt and a loft area furnished with capacious custom closets.

The bathroom, has a bathtub with shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet, hair dryer and Welcome-kit with shampoo, bath-shower and body-lotion.

Connected by an internal staircase, there is access to the tavern downstairs where we find a total relaxation area with a very comfortable sofa for reading, working or relaxing, a capacious bookcase and the laundry area (hidden under the staircase).

Completing the apartment is a lovely and exclusive private patio furnished with a small table and chairs, bordered by evergreen plants, perfect for your evenings in the moonlight or simply to smoke a cigarette or sip a glass of wine in peace and harmony. It is also ideal for outdoor breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the milder months of the year.

The house has central heating and air conditioning with a heat pump; very cool in the summer due to its exposure and very cozy in the winter months. The fiber optics makes the Wi-Fi connection extremely fast and perfect for smart working!

The apartment comes with high quality linens and towels and also has a state-of-the-art washing machine in the tavern area.

There is free parking on white stripes on the street all the way to the front of the house, and private garages are also available nearby at competitive prices.

The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of four people, and is the ideal accommodation for families, friends and business trips, but is also particularly recommended for couples as the atmosphere in this "court" is very romantic.
