[Country house] Two-room apartment + Patio - Poetto at 10 min

A quiet corner for two guests , nestled in the countryside, 10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the Cagliari and Quartu Sant'Elena coastline.

Enjoy your vacation in serenity in the scents of nature, among the fruit trees that adorn the Patio, where you can perhaps prepare your favorite fish on the grill while sipping a Vermentino, and then have dinner at the large outdoor table, and end the evening with a good book and the background sounds of the countryside going to sleep.

The space

You will stay in an annex that consists of an entrance to the large Patio equipped with a large table with benches. Here you will also find a small charcoal barbecue for your grilling. From the patio you can directly access the main room of the accommodation, which is equipped with air conditioning , kitchen complete with gas stove and electric oven, microwave ,refrigerator and sink. In the same room you will also find a large table and chairs, plus a small sofa and TV corner.

On the right ,with respect to the front door, there is a bathroom equipped with a shower ,washbasin with drawers and mirror, and the toilet with a hand shower for bidet function.

On the left of the entrance instead ,we find the bedroom consisting of a double bed and a large closet , chest of drawers and bedside tables .

Back on the patio instead next to the large apricot tree ,is the laundry area, with a washing machine ,a sink for laundry and floor cleaning supplies.

Access for guests

Guests have access to all rooms of the property in description, for their exclusive use. To access the Patio , you enter through the main gate, which leads to the large condominium courtyard, immediately to the right is your entrance.

Other things to keep in mind

The manor courtyard is for the exclusive use of the property; cars will have to be parked outside, in the wide street leading to the house, at a distance of about 10 meters from your accommodation.
