The apartment is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, WiFi, 2 bedrooms including 1 with a loft, 2 dining rooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a private patio perfect for outdoor breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
This beautiful apartment is ideal for every type of traveler: great for families, perfect for couples, and fantastic for groups of friends thanks to the large spaces and three private floors.
On the ground floor is the entrance hall, private patio, kitchen and a dining table.
On the second floor we find the large living room with a sofa bed, an additional dining area, a bathroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed that can accommodate three people.
On the top floor we find a walk-in closet, an additional bedroom and a bathroom. From this room you can access the attic.
The apartment has 7 total beds distributed as follows:
★ A double bedroom, overlooking the city of Cernobbio, with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom.
★ Another bedroom with a one and a half bed, and with "bunk" mechanism an additional bed perfect for one person.
★ A sofa bed in the hall, very comfortable, perfect for two guests.
Also:
★ The property is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and by Smart-TV, perfect for viewing Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Youtube. Doing so will allow you to view a movie in the evening, or entertain the little ones with cartoons.
★ The kitchen is very large and modern, and is equipped with all amenities such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and freezer.
★ There are two separate bathrooms, both equipped with all amenities (toilet, bidet, sink, tub, and shower).
★ The patio has outdoor furniture and will allow you to enjoy the beautiful Lake weather for lunch, dinner, breakfast or just relax while enjoying a unique view.
