Spacious and Elegant Loft will charm you with its typical furnishings, with a Wonderful view of the Magical roofs of the City of Florence.

Located in the heart of the historic center, just a stone's throw from all the city's Main Monuments, including Palazzo Pitti, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Della Signoria, Duomo.

It can accommodate up to 4 people.

The space

[Living/open space area]

At the entrance we are greeted by a Spacious and Bright living room equipped with a comfortable sofa (possibly convertible into a double bed), typical Florentine wooden beams, a Beautiful wooden dining table with 6 designer chairs, a Pretty sitting area to relax after a nice day of Discoveries and Shopping around the city.

The area is brightly lit thanks to two Large windows, so that the spaces are more comfortable.

Thanks to the presence of the spacious table within the room, it will also be possible to carry out Smart Working/study.

[Bridal Suite]

The Master Suite is very bright and is furnished with wooden furniture consistent with each other in style and color.

It features in a comfortable, very spacious Queen Size bed, perfect for quality rest after a busy day of work or sightseeing.

Inside the walk-in closet there are also hangers for one's garments or Florentine shopping.

[Bath]

The bright bathroom has a very comfortable shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet, hair dryer, and dispenser with soap for hands, face, and bubble bath.

[Kitchen]

The Loft enjoys the presence of a wooden kitchen complete with:

cooktop with ventilation hood, microwave oven, large sink with dish drainer, Nespresso coffee maker with pods, tea kettle, refrigerator with freezer function, and full guest service (utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, etc.)

There is a dishwasher in the kitchen for our guests' use (free use).

Access for guests

Guests have 24/7 access to the entire property independently via a self-check-in system.

Check out no later than 10:00 am

Check in from 3:00 p.m.

Pets are not allowed in the facility.

Smoking and party planning are prohibited.

Other things to keep in mind

There is heating for the winter so that you can enjoy a pleasant experience.

We also provide you with a free supply of sheets, towels, coffee pods, salt and oil sachets, hand/facial soap and bubble bath.

In order to access the Loft, there are 18 steps, that is, to get to the second floor.

While to move from the living/open space area to the Master Suite there is a graceful spiral staircase.

In addition, we would like to point out that the loft and walk-in closet have a height of 5 feet.
