The space

This beautiful apartment accommodates up to 6 people.

With multiple beds, developed on two levels, it is ideal for any traveler.

On the ground floor are: a bedroom, living room living room, bathroom and kitchen.

Through a modern iron staircase you reach the second floor where you will find the relaxation area, the second bedroom and the fantastic terrace overlooking the city streets where you can enjoy your breakfast or a good aperitif at sunset.

Each room has the right amount of privacy and comfort, whether you are a couple, a group of friends, or a family.

The historic structure of the blockhouse features thick walls with exposed period bricks and beams.

The parquet floor gives this house that old, traditional and cozy feel.

The presence of air conditioning and an independent heating system will ensure that you have an ideal temperature all year round.

The kitchen: offers a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, and a Bialetti coffee maker.

There are assorted capsules and teas to satisfy your every favorite taste.

Bedroom on the ground floor: features a French-style double sofa bed (130x190 cm) and a large closet where you can conveniently store all your belongings and luggage.

The bathroom: offers a walk-in shower, a fantastic backlit LED mirror, complete bathroom fixtures, complimentary Welcome Kit (shampoo, shower foam, intimate hygiene and cap) and hair dryer.

In addition to towels of various sizes, you will find sheets, blankets, comforter and everything you need to make your stay perfect.

Bedroom on the second floor: features a very comfortable queen-size bed (160x190 cm).

The property has a security door, intercom and is located on the third floor of a historic building where there is no elevator.

We are located in the historic center so in the square below the building you will find bars and clubs.

Air conditioning is located on both the upper and second floors.

The apartment is located in ZTL so I do not recommend getting there by car.
