This beautiful open space is located in a central area of Milan and features high-quality finishes and ample living space. The apartment, elegantly furnished, and recently renovated, can comfortably accommodate up to four people.

Its central location, just a 5-minute walk from Corso Buenos Aires and the red and green metro line stations, offers convenient access to Milan's main sights.

The space

OpenSpace Living Space: The apartment is presented as a single room that is very bright thanks to three large windows. The spaces have been excellently used and divided with design solutions. At the entrance, you will find a large living area with a sofa bed and a comfortable Smart TV with services such as Netflix. The whole apartment has air conditioning for summer and heating for winter.

Sleeping Area: The sleeping area features a double bed with memory foam pillows, reading area with a comfortable beanbag chair and dedicated lamp for reading. A small desk ideal for remote work thanks to the fiber and Wi-Fi connection. Finally, a large double closet in which to store your clothes or purchases.

Dining and Kitchen Area: the kitchen is in an elevated area with four steps and is fully equipped with induction cooktop, ovenc, refrigerator, freezer and all the accessories and utensils needed for a comfortable stay including Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. The table can comfortably accommodate four guests.

Master bathroom: The bathroom has an ante-bathroom with double door, washbasin and double backlit mirror. The all-marble walls give warmth to the room while you can enjoy a stand-alone bathtub. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with shower head and hand shower, toilet, bidet, and towel warmer.

Access for guests

Access to the apartment is in Self Check in mode, via app on smartphone and unique access link. The use of a smartphone is required

The use of keys is not necessary.
