The apartment is located on the top floor of an old building in the urban area of Faro. Its interior has been completely renovated, so all its equipment is new. Comfort is 100% guaranteed.

It includes two bedrooms, which can accommodate up to four people.

The master suite has a large double bed, is air-conditioned, has a closet, a window with an urban view, and a private bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.

The other bedroom has two single beds, is air-conditioned, has a closet, and has a window with an urban view.

The secondary bathroom also has a shower, sink, and toilet.

The kitchen has a terrace/island with high chairs and is open to the dining area and living room. It has all utensils and is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, electric oven, microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, coffee maker with capsules, electric kettle and toaster.

The dining area allows four people to sit comfortably to enjoy all meals.

There is a comfortable sofa in the living room and a Smart TV that provides access to all popular channels, Netflix, Prime Video and Youtube.

The kitchen/dining/living room is air-conditioned.

There is a large balcony with lots of natural light and an urban view. It has a washing machine and a coat rack that hangs outside.
