Welcome to my luxurious apartment, a gem that offers an unforgettable stay experience. Completely newly furnished by me, with taste and attention to detail, the accommodation is designed to offer maximum comfort, for all those who want to make short tourist stays or for smart working people looking for an elegant and functional environment, even for long periods.

The space

The apartment features:

Suite: very spacious, offering a comfortable and cozy environment for guests. Furnished with a comfortable double bed, it also has a dedicated desk for those who wish to work remotely or do smart work during their stay. The suite is well lit and offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere to rest or concentrate during working hours.

Living Area: Furnished with a comfortable sofa bed. It is the ideal place to relax, watch TV with Netflix included, and with a fully equipped kitchen. The living area is modernly furnished and offers an inviting atmosphere to spend pleasant moments of leisure.

Bathroom Area: the bathroom is equipped with a washing machine to provide maximum comfort and convenience. You can wash your clothes without having to worry about looking for a laundry or bringing them home dirty. This extra convenience makes the apartment ideal for short and long term stays.

Outdoor Area: The apartment also offers an outdoor area with a balcony from which you can enjoy spectacular views. You can admire breathtaking views while sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a romantic dinner at sunset. In addition, there is a reserved parking space in the outdoor area, providing a convenient way to park safely during your stay.

Access for guests

Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay and will be able to freely use all the amenities and appliances therein.

Other things to keep in mind

The check-in phase will be done in complete autonomy thanks to a self-check-in system. On the day of arrival you will receive all the necessary instructions, in order to access the apartment and to be able to register your ID card or passport (which must be compulsorily done no later than 12 hours after the check-in time, as required by Italian law). Likewise, upon check-out, you will be able to leave the apartment independently.

The apartment has a fixed internal camera, which will only frame the front door, this is to give me a way to protect myself from theft, which I have faced in the past.

Before your arrival, I will make sure the apartment is thoroughly cleaned, following strict standards of hygiene.

Fresh sheets and towels will be available for each guest.
