Beautiful apartment located in a residential area of Rome. You will have a parking space in addition to several free parking spaces outside. Just below the house is the bus stop and only a 10-minute walk to Metro B Laurentina.

There are services such as supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants and bars. A quiet but strategic location, whether you are in Rome for business or pleasure.

The space

The apartment is very spacious, bright and cozy, Roman-style.

- Living Room: As you enter you will be greeted by a spacious living room consisting of comfortable sofas and armchairs where you can relax and enjoy moments of relaxation, a table to enjoy your favorite dishes, and classic Roman-style furniture.

- Kitchen: the kitchen is very bright and cozy. The space will comfortably accommodate your meals, equipped with appliances such as gas stove, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker with pods, kettle and various utensils.

- Suite 1: Very spacious and bright. It has a double bed with large closets, a dresser, stoves and a Smart TV equipped with Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+ where you can enjoy a good movie or follow your favorite series.

- Suite 3: Very spacious and cozy, with a very comfortable double sofa bed, air conditioning, dedicated work area with fiber optic Wi-Fi and Smart TV equipped with Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+ where you can enjoy a good movie or follow your favorite series.

Each room has a memory mattress, hypoallergenic for maximum possible comfort. Two pairs of pillows, of different softnesses, bedspreads and comforters of different textures, complete the outfit offered. In all suites, near the bedside tables, there are multiple outlets, with USB and USB-C, to easily charge your devices.

- Bathroom: the bathroom has a large window, a comfortable bathtub with shower and complete sanitary ware, 3 soft terry towels, different sizes, for each guest.

There is a welcome kit with shampoo, shower gel and body lotion, courtesy hairdryer and locker under the sink with first aid kit.

The apartment is equipped with free wi-fi and a washing machine. The installations are new and state-of-the-art, and the lighting in all rooms of the apartment consists of adjustable spotlights.

Access for guests

The apartment is easily accessible by a short walk from the Metro B Laurentina stop, reached by subway from Termini Central Station, which in turn can be reached by train from Fiumicino and Ciampino Airports.

It can also be easily reached by TAXI, either from Fiumicino and Ciampino airports or from Rome's Termini Central Station.

The apartment is located on the second floor without an elevator, convenient both for those who want to move by public transportation and for those who want to move by car, free private condominium parking is available, a few meters away there are also several parking lots, in the area, paid and free.

The maximum capacity is 6 people and will not accept guests who have not been properly notified at the time of booking. Parties and smoking are prohibited in the apartment.
