The space

L'appartamento in villa è composto da un ingresso su soggiorno con cucinotta e divano letto matrimoniale, camera da letto con matrimoniale e bagno completo finestrato. A disposizione anche un ampio giardino con 2 posti auto comodi.

Avrete a disposizione l'immobile nella sua interezza e in modo esclusivo.

STAY TAX - April 1 to October 31 -

After booking you will receive by email a form in which you will have to enter the data of all guests, sign the contract and pay the accommodation fee. The amount is 1€ per guest (who meets the requirements) per day for a maximum of 5 days.

- Notify the Host before your stay of your desire to have separate beds.

- Communicate with the Host via chat only, except in emergencies.

- Towels provided are for household use only.
