The House overlooks the central square of Berchidda, a small town between the Emerald Coast (30km) and the Coral Riviera.

The town is a strategic point from which to enjoy the renowned beaches of the Costa Smeralda and the wilder coastlines of northern Sardinia, hiking to Mount Limbara (1359 m) where you can see island plant species, including the endemic Viola del Limbara, the plains of Lake Coghinas, or strolling through the cobblestone streets of the town
