The apartment is located on the ground floor of a very quiet building, but surrounded by all useful services for the traveler.

There is no shortage of restaurants in the area or easily accessible within minutes.

The space

The apartment is a spacious one-bedroom apartment with a contemporary and highly sought-after style.

As you enter, you will be faced with a spacious and comfortable living room, with a large dining table and a comfortable two-seater sofa bed. In front of the table is a cabinet with Hisense 50'' QLED 4K Smart TV, where you can comfortably watch, thanks to the fast 500mbps Wi-Fi connection, Netflix or Amazon Prime Video with your account, in addition to our already active one with Netflix Premium.

The kitchenette features a large worktop, with a 4-burner stove top, where all essential appliances such as Nespresso coffee machine, Tea Kettle, Microwave Oven and Toaster are present. Also present are recycling bins, refrigerator with freezer compartment, complete set of pots, pans, plates, cutlery and all cooking utensils.

Leaving the kitchen area there is a large and lovely private garden, perfect for lunches and dinners out in the summertime or in the famous Roman ''Octobristmas''.

Before entering the bedroom, there is a two-door cabinet in front of the bathroom, with the washing machine inside for free use by guests.

The bedroom features a comfortable Queen Size wooden bed, hypoallergenic latex mattress.

Two pairs of pillows, of different softness, bedspread and comforter, complete the outfit offered.

In the room is a 32'' FullHD Smart TV that can be swiveled 180 degrees, allowing you to watch Netflix or Amazon Prime Video with your account, in addition to our already active one with Netflix Premium.

A capacious 4-door cabinet and everything needed for charging electronic devices, such as multiple sockets, usb adapter and adapter for international sockets, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguisher, complete the equipment.

The elegant bathroom features a comfortable glass-enclosed shower, bidet, 3 soft terry towels of different sizes for each guest, welcome kit with shampoo, shower gel and intimate soap, courtesy hair dryer, under-sink cabinet and first aid kit.

Access for guests

The apartment is easily accessible by TAXI, from Fiumicino and Ciampino airports. If you prefer public transportation, from Fiumicino you can take the train to ''Roma Termini'' station, then metro A from ''Termini'' stop to ''Lepanto'' stop, from Lepanto take bus 301 to ''Cassia/Giuochi Delfici'' station.

Other things to keep in mind

The apartment is on the ground floor, access is easy and immediate due to the lack of stairs.

To enter the apartment, at any time, there is self check-in, with directions coming to you privately at the time of booking.

The whole apartment, excluding the balcony, is NO SMOKING. Smoke detectors with alarm are active.

Pets are NOT allowed inside the apartment.
