Spacious and Elegant apartment located inside a prestigious historical building dating back to 1300, it will charm you with its typical furnishings, with a Wonderful view over the Magical roofs of the City of Florence.

Located in the heart of the Old Town, a stone's throw from all the city's Main Monuments, it can accommodate up to 4 people.

Upon entering, we are immediately greeted by a bright living room equipped with a comfortable sofa (possibly convertible into a double bed), lovely wooden beams consistent with the rest of the spaces, a Smart Tv with Netflix and You tube (to entertain from the oldest to the youngest), a wooden dining table with 6 designer chairs.

The area is illuminated by the large window so that the spaces are more comfortable.

Due to the presence of the spacious table within the room (in addition to the kitchen table) it will also be possible to do Smart Working/study, as the apartment has super fast fiber optic Wi-Fi.

[Bridal Suite]

The Master Suite is very bright and is furnished with wooden furniture consistent with each other in style and color.

Features in a comfortable King Size bed that is very spacious, perfect for quality rest after a busy day of work or sightseeing.

To the right is a large walk-in closet with two sliding doors, equipped with a large mirror that provides depth and brightness to the space.

Inside it there are also hangers for one's garments or for one's Florentine shopping.

In addition, there are two elegant nightstands with drawers.

[Bath]

The bright bathroom has a very comfortable bathtub with built-in shower stall, a washbasin, toilet, bidet, hair dryer and dispenser with soap for hands, face and bubble bath.

[Kitchen]

The apartment enjoys the presence of a wooden kitchen complete with: stove with ventilation hood, microwave oven, electric oven, large sink with dish drainer, Nespresso coffee maker with pods, tea kettle (with teabags), American coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer function, and full guest service (utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, etc.).

There is a washing machine in the kitchen available to our guests (free use).

Access for guests

Guests have 24/7 access to the entire property independently via a self-check-in system.

There is air conditioning for summer and heating for winter so you can enjoy a pleasant experience.

We also provide you with a free supply of sheets, towels, coffee and tea pods, hand/facial soap and bubble bath.

Inside the apartment there are 21 steps to move from the living/open space area to the Master Suite and from the Suite to the bathroom.

Approximately 60 steps must be climbed to access the apartment.
