Spacious apartment in S. Maria Novella

Bright and elegant apartment on the third floor of a traditional building on Via della Scala in Florence, tastefully furnished and suitable for up to 6 people. Right in the center, it is only 3 minutes from Santa Maria Novella Station and 10 minutes from the Duomo; the central location does not preclude the Sun filtering in from the splendid Corsini Garden, venue for prestigious events, which the apartment overlooks.

The space

The apartment is located just outside the purely central area of Florence, from which you can reach both the Santa Maria Novella train station and the main tourist attractions in a matter of minutes; also in the immediate vicinity are the city's two tram lines, cab and bus reference stations. Not far away are quaint establishments for any palate or dietary needs, as well as bars and aperitif spots; do not hesitate to ask the staff for advice in case you want to try level Florentine dishes and traditions.

In the dwelling is present:

- a private bathroom complete with masonry shower stall and bathtub, in which you will find towels for all guests, soaps for body, hands and hair; there is also a hair dryer;

- a master bedroom with a "queen-size" bed, two-door closet available, air conditioning and Smart TV;

- a second room also equipped with air conditioning and in which there are two separate single beds, which can be pulled over as a double at the request of guests;

- a large and elegant 35-square-meter living room, where you can relax with a state-of-the-art Smart TV positioned in front of two comfortable sofas, including a sofa bed (140x200 cm, memory mattress with pillows inside it), and a dining table, also ideal for working;

- a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, a large refrigerator, dishwasher, traditional and microwave oven, coffee pod and mocha coffee maker, and everything you need for cooking (pots, pans, ladles, plates, cutlery, glasses, and wine glasses); there is also a utility room where you will find the washing machine, also already equipped with detergents.

There is a high-speed modem available in the apartment, which is useful for studying, working or relaxing with streaming services already set up.

Each sleeping place has two pillows for the night and additional blankets; the area, while central as a location, is quiet due to the soundproof rooms, so it is ideal for relaxing on vacation or during breaks in a business trip. The windows in the house are equipped with shutters and mosquito nets.

Access for guests

The apartment is located on the third floor, entirely for guests; there is no elevator in the building. All rooms present are accessible to guests; access to the bathroom involves two steps.

Other things to keep in mind

Small and medium-sized animals are allowed if properly behaved and always accompanied, avoiding leaving them in the house alone; it is mandatory that they do not climb on upholstered furniture (sofas, beds and mattresses). Dogs in particular are required to have a muzzle handy in case they disturb in the evening.
