The space

The White House in Milan is a newly renovated studio apartment located on the third mezzanine floor WITHOUT elevator of an old 20th century building.

The apartment consists of a modern KITCHEN with induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker with pods included.

Also complete with tableware with glasses, plates, cutlery, pots and pans.

The BATHROOM is windowed and has a shower stall, toilet, bidet and washbasin with toothbrush holder and hand soap.

There are also two sets of towels (face and body) and a hair dryer.

Next you will find the DAY ZONE with a comfortable double bed with pure cotton sheets prepared for your arrival and a walk-in closet with mirror where you can store your luggage and personal items.

There is also a 32-inch Smart TV at your disposal, where you can relax and watch cable TV, Netflix, Prime Video and YouTube, thanks to the fiber Wi-Fi the property has. Also perfect for smart working thanks to a very comfortable rectangular table.

The apartment is complemented by a small balcony with a laundry area, consisting of a washing machine, clothesline, and drying rack, from which a view of the city can be enjoyed.

Access for guests

CHECK-IN is done independently through the safe, you will receive all the necessary information the day before arrival.

At the time of CHECK-OUT you must leave the keys in the box you used upon arrival before leaving the apartment. Failure to do so will result in a penalty if you lose your keys.

Other things to keep in mind

According to Italian law, guests staying in the country must be identified by ID.

You will then be asked to produce this document the day before check-in.

Otherwise, you will not be able to enter the accommodation.

It is strictly FORBIDDEN to smoke inside the apartment, can do so on the balcony with proper care and then throw the butts in the ashtray provided.

Otherwise, there will be additional cleaning fees.
