Within 15 min you can reach the city of Sassari, and the sea only 30 min away.

The space

- The house, is located on the ground floor and the custom-made furniture and stone floor creates an elegant atmosphere.

-The entrance is extremely secure as, after an initial burglar-proof glass door, it is almost on the same level as the street with no steps. This leads to the living area, a work/study area with four chairs, a table and a sofa bed comfortable for relaxing or watching TV.

-In the same area is an open kitchen, equipped with a modern electric stove top, a spacious refrigerator and necessary utensils. In addition, guests will have a Nespresso coffee maker (with capsules included), a kettle (with herbal teas included), a microwave oven, and a dishwasher.

-Over the living area, we find a comfortable Queen size loft bed, reached by a ladder, and a wooden closet where one can store one's clothes. The closet contains blankets and comforters that can be used in winter periods.

-The brand-new, elegant bathroom features a very spacious shower stall and beautifully crafted sanitary ware. In addition, guests will have a courtesy bath set, which includes shampoo, shower gel, soap and waterproof hair cap.

-Best quality bed and bath linens will be available to make every guest feel at home.

-The house is air-conditioned with heating and air conditioning.
