Spacious apartment in the center of Rome, a stone's throw from the Colosseum. Within a few minutes' walk you can reach all the main points of interest in the Eternal City such as the Imperial Forum, Piazza Venezia, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Spanish Steps.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a very quiet building, but surrounded by all useful services for the traveler.

There is no shortage of restaurants in the area or easily accessible within minutes.

The space

As you enter, you will be faced with a large hallway with comfortable and large desk for working, with 100mbps connection and with everything you need for charging electronic devices, such as multiple sockets, usb adapter and adapter for international sockets, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher.

On the right you will find two comfortable bedrooms, both equipped with a comfortable Queen Size bed and hypoallergenic latex mattress, overlooking a characteristic courtyard of Roman Tradition, with lush greenery.

Two pairs of pillows, of different softness, bedspread and comforter, complete the outfit offered.

There is air conditioning in both rooms and a 32'' Full HD Smart TV that swivels 180 degrees, allowing you to watch Netflix or Amazon Prime Video with your account, in addition to our already active one with Netflix Premium.

In the first room there is a lovely open coat rack, a comfortable armchair and a large cabinet in which to store everything you want, while the second room has a capacious two-door closet.

The kitchen features a large countertop, with a large sink, where all essential appliances such as a washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, tea kettle, and toaster are located; opposite is the four-burner cooktop.

Also present recycling bins, refrigerator with freezer compartment, with microwave oven above, complete set of pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and all cooking utensils.

The bathroom, with a window to the outdoors, features a comfortable glass-enclosed shower, bidet, 3 soft terry towels of different sizes for each guest, welcome kit with shampoo, shower gel and intimate soap, courtesy hair dryer and first aid kit.

Near the apartment there is no shortage of supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, pubs, and hardware stores.

Access for guests

The apartment is easily accessible by TAXI, from Fiumicino and Ciampino airports. If you prefer public transportation, from Fiumicino you can take the train to ''Termini Station,'' after which the metro B from ''Termini'' stop to ''Colosseo'' stop.

Other things to keep in mind

The apartment is on the ground floor, access is easy and immediate due to the lack of stairs.

To enter the apartment, at any time, there is self check-in, with directions coming to you privately at the time of booking.

The whole apartment, excluding the balcony, is NO SMOKING. Smoke detectors with alarm are active.

Pets are NOT allowed inside the apartment.
