The space

A very bright and well-kept house, it is part of a semi-detached villa immersed in the quietness of a natural landscape rich in olive trees and Marche scrubland.

It consists of a double bedroom with a large closet and TV; a bathroom with a shower stall including a relaxation part with relaxing jets, washbasin, toilet, bidet, hair dryer, and Welcome-Kit with shampoo, bath shower and body lotion.

The living area has a sitting area with a large sofa from where you can see the garden through the sliding door window while enjoying a good movie on Netflix, looking up we can find a loft as a relaxation area that also serves as a nest for the night.

The dining area consists of a beautiful, fully equipped open kitchen that has a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and full set of utensils.

From the living area, through the large glass window, there is access to the terrace/patio where we find a second garden sofa with comfortable cushions, for your evenings after dinner and enjoy a good coffee under the summer sky as well as find a large outdoor table, where you can enjoy your favorite dishes in peace and quiet.

The apartment is air conditioned and heated and has free Wi-Fi.

It comes with quality linens and towels and has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

You can park your car right inside the property, in the private and exclusive garden for you.

Within 3 minutes there is a Conad supermarket and several restaurants such as pizzeria Nardini (pizza by the slice and take-out), the ristornate "La Taverna del Ghiottone" , if you like sushi, we find Sushiya etc...

The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people and is perfect for lovers of nature, relaxation, heavenly beaches, but also fun.

You can park your car right inside the property exclusively and uniquely for those staying, in the garden in front of the house.
