The space

The bright and well-kept apartment is part of a semi-detached villa immersed in the quiet of a natural landscape rich in olive trees and Mediterranean scrub.

It consists of a double bedroom with closet; a bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet, hair dryer, and Welcome-Kit with shampoo, bath shower and body lotion.

The living area features a sitting area with a sofa (which can be converted into a queen-size bed if desired) and a fully equipped open kitchen that has a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and full set of utensils.

From the living area, there is access to the terrace/patio where we find an outdoor table for you to enjoy wonderful breakfasts overlooking the Asinara Nature Park and where in the evening you can enjoy your favorite dishes in peace and quiet.

The apartment is air-conditioned with air conditioning and heating.

Five hundred meters away is the Valentina restaurant, which is very popular in the area.

2 km away is the town of Stintino, full of services such as supermarket, bar, tobacconist, pharmacy, laundry, restaurants with a wonderful walk along the small port from where boats leave for excursions to Asinara.

Within 3 minutes you can reach the wonderful Pelosa beach where you can touch the famous white beach.

Nearby are some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, such as La Pompetta beach, La Tonnara saline beach, Le Saline beach covered with white bowls for lovers of the genre, and many other wonderful coves.

The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 people moreover where they can have their own privacy because there are also two separate kitchens where they can prepare different dishes, usually always occupied by friendly couples and is perfect for lovers of nature, relaxation, heavenly beaches.
