Private Room+Bathroom

The apartment is located on the second floor, inside a recently renovated historic courtyard.

At the entrance, you will have access to the living room and the kitchen; upstairs, you will find your bathroom and your private room, overlooking the bright terrace where you can in quietly enjoy some sunshine.

-Room: 1 and a half square bed, desk, closet, air conditioning, fiber optic Wi-Fi, coffee maker and kettle. Complete the furniture TV with Netflix and Disney+

-Private Bathroom: large bathroom consisting of a bathtub with hand shower, towel warmer and full bathroom fixtures

-Living Room: the living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa and 55″ TV, as well as a spacious table where you can enjoy your meals.

-Kitchen: large kitchen with peninsula, equipped with all appliances and accessories. The kitchen can be used for long stays of at least 4 nights.

You will have access to the entire apartment, with the exception of the owner's private room on floor 1 and the owner's private bathroom located on the ground floor. For any needs we are at your disposal.

Inside the room we provide a Bialetti pod machine where we offer welcome coffee, as well as a kettle to make tea, herbal tea or chamomile tea. You will also have a reading corner where a pouf will welcome you to relax after a long day.
