The lovely and small apartment is located in one of the most central areas of Pesaro, easily accessible by car and on foot, that is, 5 minutes from the station, the sea and the city center and the Rossini theater.

The home enjoys all the amenities to ensure a complete experience; in fact, all spaces are utilized to allow for an excellent stay.

The space

The 'apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a small historic Pesaro building characterized by an entrance hall with a wooden doorway that opens to a short corridor that ends at the staircase of about 10 steps leading to the front door.

The area is convenient to be reached by taxi/car from the station or highway and is functional to reach anywhere in the city either on foot or using means as it is 5 minutes from the sea and the city center.

Living area

Upon entering, we are immediately greeted by the living/open-plan area equipped with a full kitchen, dining table, TV wall, and a French door leading to the patio.

Kitchen

Despite its small size, the apartment has been carefully furnished so as to make the most of every space; in fact, it enjoys the presence of a kitchen complete with: induction cooktop with ventilation hood, oven, microwave, large sink with dish drainer, coffee machine with pods, refrigerator with freezer function, and full guest service (plates, glasses, cutlery, cups, etc.).

Patio

The outdoor area finds a terrace where you can spend a few hours relaxing , here you will find a small table where you can have a tasty breakfast or lunch. The patio also has the latest generation washing machine placed inside a cabinet.

Bathroom

In the direction of the corridor leading to the sleeping area, on the left is the bathroom, There is a washbasin with mirror, toilet and bidet, large shower with sliding door , towel warmer and shelves for resting one's beauty case and personal care products.

The bathroom is lit by a window located inside the shower.

Night Zone

The sleeping area is connected through the hallway, which in addition to reaching the bedroom, also reaches a small storage room and a room/study with chair and desk for possible smart working.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed for our guests, a dresser with drawers for laying one's belongings . This is complemented by sockets for charging one's electronic devices.

The apartment is delivered with bed linen and towels, and on your arrival you will also find a small supply of toiletries.
